As a Wellbeing Coach, Positive Psychology Practitioner, Mindfulness & Meditation teacher, I help people find balance, renewed joy and contentment as they journey through the different seasons of life.
As a Family Coach and Parent Educator, I support parents to parent aligned with their values and support them to create meaningful and positive connections with their children so that they can flourish.
I offer personal life coaching sessions, educational workshops for parents/schools, women’s retreats and regularly facilitate meditation, mindfulness and breathwork circles.
