Circle of Security
Parenting Program

Building, strengthening and repairing secure relationships with our children.

Our children communicate their needs through their behaviour. If we learn to interpret the behaviour correctly, using the CoS ‘roadmap’ we then have a better chance to meet the child’s actual need, minimising challenging behaviour and raising loved, resilient and confident children whilst nurturing strong relationships between the parent and the child.

The Circle of Security Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.

This is an eight-week course designed for parents or primary caregivers of children 0-5, but the approach can be applied until adolescence and even in our partner relationships.
