Mindfulness practice brings you back into the presence, helps you to remember what is important in your life, and reduces anxiety and stress whilst experiencing renewed joy and peace.
Join one of my regular circles. Here we practice how to silence our inner busy noises, and find inner peace so we can be our best selves.
- Wednesdays: face-to-face from 2 pm – 3 pm.
- Wednesday nights: via Zoom – 8 pm -8.45 pm NSW time
- Saturday, Fortnightly: face-to-face: 4 pm till 5.30 pm
In these 90-minute circles, I give a brief mindfulness talk on a specific wellbeing theme, different meditation/mindfulness practices and gentle breathwork to “refill the batteries”. These circles are welcoming, inclusive and nurturing. No experience is needed.
